It’s Summer!! And because of that, we have some really cool things to share with you!

The pandemic taught us a few things, but most notably is that we need to improve on the way we interacted with you, our clients. One interesting thing about the lock-down is it forced most of us to become familiar with communicating via video, be that zoom, go-to-meeting or FaceTime.  Grandparents used these methods to communicate with grandchildren and family, parents had children in e-learning and many people worked virtually from home.  We believe we have a unique opportunity to capitalize on our shared familiarity with this new technology, and hopefully make the ways we serve you, better.

When considering ways we might improve on our communication and to better prepare our office for the future, we think it only makes sense to begin incorporating these technologies into our every day interactions with you.  So we will begin using an appointment based system.  Insurance is not retail, we are a professional service. From tracking our interactions with you, our customer, we clearly see that most of you prefer setting appointments and speaking with us via email or phone call.  With these new services we are offering, we are simply meeting you were you are, in the ways you already prefer to communicate.

Starting June 1st you will be able to schedule online video meetings or in person office meetings simply through your phone or computer.  Once you have chosen your preferred time, you will receive an email with a video conference link or a confirmation of the time for your appointment in our office.  We will also begin a customer service text feature.  This will allow you to text us for the small changes you might have, billing questions or a new ID card for your vehicle. We have found that many of our customers prefer text to a phone call and for many of the day to day needs of customers, this is a great way to communicate quickly and efficiently.

To summarize, we are adding some convenient NEW! ways to interact with us.

Lastly, due to the new changes in the way we will service our customers needs, we will implement new walk-in office hours. Of course we will be available to meet your needs any time via the ways described above. However for any walkin business, our  hours are as follows.

  • Mondays: 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Tuesdays: By Appointment
  • Wednesday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Thursday: By Appointment
  • Friday:  By Appointment
